HOW TO APPLY:
Step 1. Start from the "cupidbow" (top center of lips) and line your lips. Work from the center to outer edges of your lips using small strokes, following the contour of your mouth.
Step 2. Follow the same technique for your bottom lip.
Step 3. To extend the wear of your favorite lip color or lip gloss, fill your lips completely with lip liner and then apply lip color
