Constance Rhodes is a teacher, author and inspiring leader with a passion to help millions of women who wrestle with eating issues and don’t know where to turn for practical solutions. It is an issue she had battled with in her teens and twenties.
She is the founder of FINDINGbalance, a Christ-centered community helping people find balance with food, weight and wellness.
Our mission is to provide practical resources to help women live healthier, more balanced lives, FREE from eating and body image issues, all rooted in Biblically sound principles and truth.
